Questions
- Do you sell model usage?
- No. DeltaLLM Cloud works only with your own provider accounts and API keys. Your providers bill you for tokens under your agreement with them. We never resell model access.
- What do I pay DeltaLLM?
- A 3% platform fee on the usage cost of the requests you send through the gateway, plus tax where it applies. We charge it to your saved payment method once a month, after the usage. See pricing for how the usage cost is worked out.
- Is this a subscription?
- It is a recurring monthly charge, but there is no fixed fee. A month with no usage costs nothing. You agree to the monthly charge when you add a payment method, and you can cancel at any time.
- Who processes payments?
- Payments are handled by a third-party payment processor. They store your payment method, charge the monthly fee, issue your receipt, and handle sales tax and VAT.
- What if I'm billed incorrectly?
- Tell us and we will refund any amount we charged in error. See the refund policy.
- Do you train on my data?
- No. Requests are forwarded to the model provider you choose. See the privacy policy for details.
- Can I self-host instead?
- Yes. DeltaLLM is open source. Get it on GitHub.
